Colin Clapperton Special Defence Seminar
Arrochar Karate Club hold a training session on Wednesday evenings. Next Wednesday, 9th May, we have a guest instructor coming along. He is an 8th Dan black belt and is going to do a class on self-defence, to which non-members are very welcome to come along and join in. The adult class starts at 7 and ends at approx. 9pm and cost is £5 per person. It should be a good session as he comes with a very good reputation on this subject.

Coffee Mornings
Coffee Mornings are back at the Three Villages Hall every Saturday, from 10am to 12pm.
Fresh Coffee & Home Baking
Homemade scones, shortbread, carrot cake, chocolate brownies are on offer every Saturday, weekly specials by the villages best bakers include: drop scones, pavlova, fruit loaves and lemon meringue pie.

Kundalini Yoga Workshop

Lochgoilhead Fiddle Workshop invites you to join us in celebrating our 10th Anniversary.
Junior and Adult Traditional Fiddle Workshops will take place in Strachur Memorial Hall on Saturday 2nd June 2012. Tutors include Amy Geddes, performer, composer and first LFW tutor; Mike Vass of the Paul McKenna Band and present tutor of LFW; Fiona Dalgetty, Chief Executive of Feis Rois and former LFW tutor; and Rona Wilkie, Young Traditional Musician of the Year 2012.
RBS in Arrochar
The Royal Bank of Scotland branch in Arrochar has closed, and has been replaced by visits from the RBS Mobile Branch.
It will call at Tarbet Car Park on Wednesdays from 1015 to 1045.
It will also be found at the front of the Three Villages Community Hall on Wednesdays from 2.20pm to 2.45pm, and on Thursdays from 1pm to 2.30pm.
Pilates
